Jason tried a new recipe that used cooked rice and eggs and a lot less sugar! Yum!
Tuesday: Spaghetti with garlic bread!
Wednesday: Chicken Noodle Soup
I buy a rotissouri chicken from the store and use the meat for the soup and the "carcass" to boil and make my base. I then make my own noodles with flour and eggs and a bit of salt. The kids all love it!
Thursday: Left-overs
Friday: Hamburgers and Hot Dogs
Saturday: Cafe Rio Sweet Pork Burritos
I have been craving this one for a bit...but it's a lot of work and it makes a lot. Saturday is a good day to do it with Jason home to help! Now if I can just get the sauce recipe that Charene uses!
Sunday: Left-overs
And for next week, here is a preview recipe. I am posting it now because I didn't want to lose the link! Stir-Fried Pasta!

I love seeing your menus! Seeing what people eat for dinner is like a little intimate insight into their lives. I've read lots of these around blogland, but it is way more fun when it is people you know! Thanks for sharing! It gives me all kinds of new ideas!! :)
You are so lucky your kids will eat rice pudding. I love it, but my family would never even consider it, especially for the main course. I would be run out of town if I made that for dinner at my house.
