You know, I rarely worry about Jason (there was that one time at Disneyland), but it seems like every time he runs a marathon there is 15 minutes or so of me fretting about what could have happened. This time, they started much later than planned and so he came in later than he planned. They didn't shut down the roads either, which was kind of nice because I could just drive around until I found him, but kind of scary because imagine two semi's going two directions with runners on both sides of the road (I'm pretty sure Jason broke the rules and ran on whichever side he wanted). Anyway, he was late and I was imagining all kinds of scenarios until I found him, safe and sound, running with a smile on his face!
You are awesome Jason. I cannot even express how grateful I am to be able to claim you as mine...it's like I get some of the glory from how amazing you are. Thanks for making my life fun and keeping us all moving forward with your never-ending goals and projects. Oh, and it would be nice if the kitchen were done before the baby came...

Wow! Great job Jason and Nancy!! That's great! You really are inspirations, even through the blog. Looks like it was a great day. And I hope your kitchen is done before the baby comes too. :)
Congrats Jason! You are amazing! And such an inspiration to me. It was so fun to have most of the family together. JD, Thanks for driving up and down to support us-that really is a fun thing about an open course.
I too hope the kitchen is done before the baby comes. The tile is beautiful.
Those two are quite amazing. Glad we could spend sometime with all of you. Hope your kitchen will be done soon.
You guys are both amazing! I think keeping up with 3 kids and one on the way deserves some kind of recognition too! I had to laugh at the not peeing comment directed toward Nancy. That is a great accomplishment too. That's great that they both did so well. Marathon runners are both crazy and inspiring to me. We just watched the iron man competition here in Boise yesterday. I love the excitement in the air at those events. If Jason can handle a marathon, I think he should be able to get the kitchen done before the baby comes too! Good luck with both of those!
haha! the kitchen part just cracked me up! I hope it is done for your sake too! Good job to Jason for doing so good in the race!!! He is very lucky to have such a supportive wife and cute kids who are always there to cheer him on!
It was a great weekend. So many good things happenend. Good job Jas! Is it a goal to get the kitchen finished before your new baby is here?
