TOU MARATHON
Saturday was the big day! And it was soo much fun! We were able to catch Jason and Travis at mile 18 (the girls and I) and then head off to mile 24 to wait. The bottom picture is Jason drafting off some poor soul (he said they traded). Jason's family joined us at mile 24. We went back and forth from mile 24 to the finish line so we could see them all. Jason shaved 9 minutes off his time from his last marathon (despite the leg cramps). Trav and Nancy did an awesome job too!

When Jason did the Ogden Marathon I pulled up and started walking to the finish line and was totally unprepared for the onslaught of emotions. I had to check myself several times to keep from crying. Later, when I talked to Nancy she said the same thing. This time I was prepared and welcomed the electricity in the air! It is truly an amazing thing to attend. We all cried like babies when Nancy made it in. You are awesome!

Great job Jason! I'm jealous that you completed 2 marathons this year. I heard you are thinking of doing Las Vegas? That is such a great accompishment. Less than 1% of Americans have finished a marathon - and I bet alot less have finished 2 marathons. You are very motivating and a great example. Great job again!
Great Job Jason! 2 marathons! You are amazing. Thanks for being such an inspiration to me. The bad part about running is that I did not get to see you Finish, but I was really thinking about you lots from 10-11 am. Thanks for being such a great example!
You are great, Jason. And Jeri Dawn, you are fantastic, being so supportive during all of the training. I am so glad that I got to be there. It was a very unique experience.
CONGRATS Jason! Besides mom you are one of the few how does what they say they are going to. I can't believe how emotional it is to be at a race like that. WE were all cheering for people we didn't even know. Congrats on reaching your goal. Love ya
Way to go Jason. It was quite amazing to see it all in person.
Thanks for the support lingeringqueen, especially between mile 23 and 24 - it was wonderful to see you in person right after "My Front Porch Looking In."
