My kids are opposed to all leftovers except cold pizza. Fortunately, we don't have very many leftovers and what we do have, Kevin takes for his lunches each day.
Before we had kids, one night each week was deemed Leftover Night. Sometimes I miss the easiness of Leftover Night.
