Let's Play a Game...

In the mood to play a game with me? It's a getting to know you game. We'll see how many of you are willing to divulge your darkest secrets all in the spirit of "getting to know each other." I personally think it's the only way to go. All or nothing. We'll also see how many questions I can come up with until I get tired of this game....

Question #1...

What are 10 things you are thankful for today?

I'll tell you my answer and then you can leave yours in the comments box. And don't worry, you really don't have to play. But don't be surprised if I show up on your blog with a big fat CHICKEN in your comment box! HA ha Ha ha HA!

1. My children's hands. Sierra's when she plays with my hair. Mailee's when she blows me kisses. Nikell's when she holds my hands and squishes my face. And Aiddie's little exploring, go everywhere, hands.

2. Giggles. True laughs and giggles. Mostly kids, but adults too--it they're real.

3. My new kitchen. Even though it's still not done (I'm not complaining...yet)...and the food storage bench and my big table and my dishwasher.

4. Scriptures. We forgot to read today and I can feel it. It really does make a difference.

5. Running. I have found that I am truly not a runner. I am slow and my body hates it. But, if I go really slow and run in my barefoot Vibrams, I find that I can go 4 or 5 miles and I really do enjoy it.

6. Friends. I have a neighbor who I won't hear from for months, but if she sees a post on Facebook that is in the least bit negative, she is over here in a flash cleaning my kitchen, or whatever.

7. Health. I love that my legs work and my arms work and my everything works overall quite well. I love that my family has been blessed with the same general health.

8. That my husband is willing to take vacation time and that we have fun together, often.

9. Vehicles that work. Don't you just hate it when they don't work?

10. A free country where I can speak and act and worship as I please.

Okay, that was a little long winded. Yours doesn't have to be, but if you feel the urge to be long-winded, you can post on your blog (instead of in my comments box). Just leave me a comment so I can pop over and read it! LETS PLAY!

New question tomorrow.

Today: ultra absorbent disposable diapers, Lysol cleaning wipes, my own washer and dryer, Grandma/Grandson dates, the sunrise, elastic waist pants, ceiling fans, email, Divine Inspiration, and a husband willing to change diapers.

I needed this. I've got it up for you to see on my blog.

Can't wait for tomorrow's question.
