Any Other Ideas?
After several people had asked, I figured I better post an update on Nikell. We got the allergy test back and she is officially NOT allergic to anything (pollen, weeds, trees, mold, funguses, milk, eggs, nuts, pet dander, etc...) So now we know one more thing that is NOT wrong. They won't consider taking out her tonsils or adnoids before age 2 (and they like to wait until 3). But don't worry, we have just about every prescription that any doctor could ever offer--if only any of them did her any good. She had a clear nose (not necessarily a clear chest, though) for a week and it started running again today. I am convinced that it will never end.

Wish I knew..... here is a wild idea.... if none of the meds are working...how about stopping them all and then see what happens. Idea #2:Years ago, I heard this thing that we all need to air out our houses, and so even when the kids were young, I would open up the windows, turn on fans for 15 minutes and air out the house. I would do this at least every month.
It is nice to know that Nikell is not allergic to anything, so hopefully with warmer weather approaching you will be able to enjoy the outdoors.
I wish I had some good ideas for you :( We'll keep your family in our prayers.
