I am Craving a Movie Night....The quesition is, "What to Watch?" Ever find yourself staring at the RedBox Screen wondering what you will be bringing into your living room? Good? Bad? Totally uncalled for?
I would like to compile a list of "Must See" movies... Will you help me? What is your favorite all time movie? What are some good ones you have seen lately? Please spare me the Rated "R"s and even the "PG-13"'s that aren't worth seeing...it has to pass the kid-friendly test...
At the top are some of my favorites...and by favorite, I mean that I will watch them more than once, and may even own them (and that's saying a lot).
So, tell me, what else should I watch?

Horton Hears a Who, that one made me cry from laughter.

The Importance of Being Earnest is in the family of "Much Ado." I recommend that one. There's a million more, but that's all I can think of at the moment.
My favorite thing is watching TV shows on dvd... Gilmore Girls is hands-down the best show ever!.... EVER!
Wished I could help, but I see very few movies. I might see an ad for a movie and think that I want to see it, and by the time it comes out, I forget which movies I want to see. I will have to look here often to see what people suggest. I Love Finding Forrester, and recently enjoyed Everybody's fine.(Rated PG-13 for thematic elements and brief strong language.)
A Walk to Remember
Just like Heaven
While you were sleeping
The Proposal
Julie and Julia
My Sister's Keeper, but it is sad
The Ultimate Gift
Iron Will
Hoosiers
Cool Runnings
Mrs. DoubtFire
Oh, and Spellbound is a cult classic around our house. We can't get enough of it. It's a documentary about kids preparing for and participating in the national spelling bee. It is SO ridiculously good!
Have you seen the Love Come Softly series. They are fantastic and there is about 6 of them so they keep the beauty going for longer. THey are some of my VERY favorites. Jon will even watch them with me because they aren't too chick flicky, But you have lots of chicks at your house so I'm sure they would go over good. They are made my a Christian film maker so they are 100% clean.
Someone mentioned this but if you haven't seen The Ultimate Gift you have to! I have it at my house too so call if you want it.
Move Over Darling, Fools Rush In (PG-13), Star Trek (PG-13) (I'm not a trekking but I was entertained.), The Notebook (?), Mad Money (PG-13), Father of the Bride 1 and 2, We Are Marshall, The Wedding Planner, Runaway Bride, Toy Story 1 and 2, and Some Like it Hot.
I'm am so not a movie guru but we LOVE the Count of Monte Cristo (newer version) and Dances with wolves. Those are our family classics. I also love That Thing You Do- to many it is cheesy, but I love the fun and the music. Of course there is the Sound of Music, but that one goes without saying. Ty even cries in that one! Lucy's suggestion would be "Toto" or The Wizard of OZ. She's not even 2 but likes that movie. Anything other than Barney or Signing Time she won't generally give the time of day so that's saying something!
If you are into English period dramas at all (i.e. Pride and Prejudice) you have got to check out the BBC production of North and South. It's about 4 hours long, and it is available on Netflix. So good!! I love almost all of BBC stuff, it's all well done.
