We blessed Aiddie JoMicheal today. Well, Jason did. It was a beautiful blessing. I was overwhelmed with gratitude for the preisthood and for my wonderful husband. We really only invited immediate family, and the few friends we wanted to come were sick. So it was a small gathering, just perfect. Except that my family seems to be dwindling in numbers and Jason's could be following suite. Oh well, what can you do?
Aiddie is such a good baby and I am having so much fun basking in her baby-ness. I thoroughly enjoy her little baby body curled up on my chest and the little baby sounds she makes. I remember how difficult and stressed things seemed with only one baby. It's funny how more children can make you more relaxed. And honestly, I think I really started enjoying "babies" with my third and then again (if not more) with my fourth.
It was a good day. Thanks everyone for your help and support and for those of you who missed it, we missed you.

Beautiful girls!!!!(One exclamation point for each of them.) I love their dresses. I LOVED that I got to hold Miss Aiddie Jo during church, and enjoyed every minute of it. Jason did do a beautiful job. Very touching. It was just a great day. I really think that Aiddie looked like you today. She seems to change so much each time we see her.
Beautiful baby. I love blessing days...hope it was peaceful and memorable!
Love you, K
Your girls are so beautiful. It makes me sad, that we miss out on stuff like this. Glad it was such a wonderful day.
I really feel blessed to have read this post today. I have been praying about having more children. Of course, that's what I want in the long-term, but the actual thought of day-to-day baby needs literally brings tears to my eyes, because I don't think I can handle it! But readingi your post helps me believe that I will become more relaxed, more comfortable with motherhood, and enjoy it more and more. Thank you for sharing this! And oh my goodness, your four beautiful girls are just stunning! I am simply in love with Mialee's new 'do!
What beautiful girls!
I just adore those girls. They are all just perfect. What a special day and I love that 4 kids makes you relaxed. You are amazing!
Congrats on the blessing. I love cozy and quaint blessings, and I love pictures even if they aren't perfect in tint and yadda yadda. What a sweet fam, it reminds me of mine... all those girls.
It sounds like a lovely day. I wish so much that we could have been there. The girls are beautiful! I am curious about the "family dwindling in numbers" comment. Are people moving away?
