Palasades Cabin

Some friends invited us to a cabin in the Palasades (30 min from Jackson Hole). We had so much fun! It was a cute, secluded, cabin where the squirrels will eat peanuts out of your hand. We played in the river, where--true to tradition--Jason built a dam. We also decorated visors, painted, played lots of games, and stayed up very late!

He built a dam? I have never heard about that tradition! You'll have to fill me in sometime. Glad you had a fun trip!

Looks like tons of fun. The cabin looks awesome. And a dam tradition? When did that start? The girls look like they are having fun.

For all wondering about the dam tradition...every time we go camping near a river, Jason builds a dam. It's his way of "playing in the water" while ignoring the cold. I am amazed at how the adults always jump in on the fun. They always outlast the kids! This time I was sitting in the van with the 3 girls while Jason dutifully finished--and we actually left him! It's a fun tradition.
